Welcome to the TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS! This year’s Xmas Challenge combines both Outside Xbox and Outside Xtra for 15 DAYS of nail-biting head-to-head challenges, with Andy, Ellen, Jane, Luke and Mike scrabbling to be crowned the ultimate 2022 cross-channel champion of champions.
DAY 5 brings us the Mario Golf Xmas Invitational, a prestige golf challenge in which Jane and Luke must complete 5 holes of snowy golf in the fewest strokes possible to bring home an Xmas point. Will Luke continue his run of form in Mario Golf Super Rush, or will Jane snatch the win with beginners’ luck? Watch and find out!

The Mario Golf Super Rush challenge, this should really challenge the pretenders to the ultimate crown 👑, the tournament of champions crown of course. Ah Luke and Jane is it, I wish you both good luck (especially Jane). Nice golfing Luke, unlucky there Jane, but not bad for a rookie at Mario golf.

I'm not with you Luke. Watching you and the oxcrew play this game has been unvaryingly hilarious and great. The controls haven't seemed to be too difficult to learn for newbies while still leaving room for play by people who are familiar with it. Sure, it's ridiculous sometimes, with odd obstacles, but it's got charm. I don't have a switch, much less a community of people who do, but this would absolutely be one I'd play the heck out of.
Please play more Mario Golf in the future! Watching you guys do the Oxboxtra Tournament for this game was genuinely the only time I was ever invested in golf in my life. Also, we need more Ninji lore. 😂
