Zenless Zone Zero publisher asked journos if they would like footage provided and GHOSTWRITERS to write coverage for them. They also banned the word "gacha" on live streams. Pretty pathetic. The fan base is completely unscrupulous, and do not care.
Anyway, people would like to play Ace Combat on Switch despite it benefitting from a thousands of dollars set up because not everyone has thousands of dollars for what are essentially toys.

The quantity of interlace in this video is killing me.
It’s really simple PC players hate subscriptions and are used to free online play. Microsoft can’t pull this game pass shit on PC or no one will buy. Not to mention key sites and steam sales make games really cheap on PC so why rent when you can buy cheap and keep it forever?

As for why play TFD over Warframe or Destiny 2… I can jump in and not feel like I need to spend a year figuring out where to start. I don’t need to spend $200 on expansions that may or may not be relevant. I haven’t spent a dime, and the shop is more of a “pay not to play” which I don’t get why anyone would do. It’s fun!

Well… Microsoft doesn't have nearly good enough of a library to try gouging customers… I've had gamepass since the day it arrived and I'll now be getting rid of my ultimate sub. I've always been a big fan of Xbox but they have completely shit the bed this generation and pretty much erased all value their console had with their own hands… good job Microsoft, you played yourself…

I've been beating the "gamepass is bad and should not be encouraged" drum since its inception because all of these moves were foreseeable from a mile away. Microsoft wasn't giving away GamePass at low prices because that was a sustainable business model, they were providing attractive pricing to consumers as a loss-leader to normalize the idea of subscription gaming as a service (think blitzscaling model employed by startups). The only positives of the Gamepass model (pricing and wide selection of day-1 games) could be removed by Microsoft at a moment's notice, leaving consumers with all the negatives (no game ownership, lack of control over game files) and none of the positives (value and availability of a massive library). For whatever reason, people bought Microsoft's BS about "providing value to gamers" hook, line, and sinker.

Exoprimal was a good surprise when I gave it a try this year through game pass. Really wish I would have played it at release because playing this game with friends was really fun but unfortunately the playerbase was really low by then. Its a shame because the game becomes even better after a few hours.
