I love how this is the perfect example of "different strokes for different folks".
I hated TLOU Part 2 for a multitude of reasons, most of my friends did not like the game as well, but still, for many other people, this game is a masterpiece.
I don't feel worried About Indiana Jones at all Machine Games has some big hitter legacy behind them between Riddick and Wolfenstein they made some impactful characters and memorable stories especially New Collosus and while Indiana Jones is a popular franchise with hit or miss game entries in the past it doesn't need a heavy or super serious character study to hit the mark
On Rockstar Remedy "R" battle does that fact the Remedy is older help them? (Founded in 1990 vs Rockstar 1998)?
Cant wait to see Indiana Jones at the event its the only thing i care about.
Fate of Atlantis and Emperors Tomb are good examples of great Indiana Jones games
Did you know Remedy got sued by LucasArts in 1998 over their logo design that they had at the time.
5:00 it's steam. The piping system underground is easily the largest in the world so any water that drains or drips beneath the surface is gonna hit a hot pipe.
I really don’t like the idea of a first person Indy game. What’s the point of playing as Indy if you never see him? I don’t want this combat heavy game from that franchise, fans of Indy want to be Indy and do Indy things like in the movies. Story and adventure should be the focus.

I agree with Tim about doing the touristy stuff, especially if it’s just one day. Once you’re in Times Square you’ll be able to walk to most places. Hitting the top of the Empire State Building is a must too, amazing view.

I love TIm talking about how unbelievably gorgeous the new PS5 TLOU 2 is, then going to Digital Foundry and seeing them go "it's essentially the exact same as the PS4 version running on PS5, but with slightly better foliage." I'm guessing Tim hasn't revisited it since they made it 60fps on PS5.
I think it's just a really good looking game that's still good looking. Still gonna drop $10 for the extra stuff though.

Trust Bless to look at the Foamstars news in the most negative way possible, Sony dont control when Suicide Squad or Foamstars release.
It's a free PS Plus game, it's gonna get a decent number of players in the first month at least. Also it was by all accounts a pretty fun game as reported by those who actually got their hands on it, so not sure why they're clowning on it so much. Helldivers is a pretty different kind of game, is also on PC day 1 and it's also a cheaper title – I'm guessing that will do fine as well. Suicide Squad is its own thing and not really relevant to the argument imo. Most people following it's coverage will probably be sceptical and wait to see what it's like. It'll sell plenty to casual gamers due to its name, but those buyers were probably never going to be playing Foamstars or Helldivers anyway

I still have to view this as a double dip. You mean to tell me all of this stuff couldn’t have been DLC. You could not have literally said to people who owned the game give us $25. You can have the visual upgrades and directors, commentary, and rogue like mode. Call it what it is it is a double dip Sony is allowed to do this. Double dip because it’s one of the greatest games of all time but it is a double dip
Also a big point about the Keith Lee Bay area thing was that he saw people just struggling to live and get by, and a city that failed them so he felt that should be prioritized over some food reviews. It wasn't just bad experiences and service.

Hopefully this time around they take a leaf from Sony’s book and actually LABEL what trailer they’re showing. Because from memory XBox are bad at telling the audience whether the trailer is cinematic, or gameplay. And when it is gameplay, whether it’s PC footage or Xbox Series X footage. We need to know these things.

I confirmed in the article, but there was no doubt Colantonio was referring to the g***cide of P****tine when he says an expansion (to a game/story inspired by that ongoing conflict, as confirmed by Druckmann) which is named "No Return" was "poorly-timed." To anyone that doesn't see why this is significant, please do some research on the 1948 Nakba (and 2018 Great March of Return) and think on what "no return" might mean with that context in mind. Please don't just chock it up to the world being a perpetually, inherently scary and violent place with a history that's too complex to understand.
