Iron galaxy have wildy varied skills, 2 fighter ip's, 2 lots, DnD, 4 batman, borderlands and, much much more as devs or ported.

I find it ridiculous that devs are getting mad about a polished good game that gives fans what they want. Huge studios with huge budgets and more people and take longer to make games that are just not as good.
Also disagree with devs not having any blame. Ya a lot of the problems are publishers, but there are devs who talk down to players and tell them to basically eat their slop and enjoy it. That they should be grateful for the broken games they get. Not all of them are paragons of virtue.
I feel like the biggest problem with AAA game dev is relying too much on data to drive decisions regarding important core aspects if games. Theres no creative or artistic vision any more in games. Its all hyper optimised data driven crap designed to increase player retention. Game dev needs to move away from data driven and become more creative driven.
There's a reason why graphics tech is insane right now yet Batman Arkham Knight wipes the floor in visuals with modern AAA titles. Even though batman has inferior textures, lighting, models it looks better when all is said and done.

Rand is absolutely right. If the parity is dropped for series s in 3 years series s won't have shit lol. Cause devs already don't want to do extra work. It makes the series s owners irrelevant. Jez says it won't happen..Ms was just forced to take a 80/20 split with cod and folded cause they had to. Rockstar says no gta6 on series s. What Ms gonna say no lol. It opens a bad door. That's why even something as smalls as doing a return in Walmart on something u not suppose to. Soon as a customer see u folded everyone wants that same deal and u screwed .
Ran is right. Banjo would not work by traditional standards. However, the hidden gem that is banjo nuts and bolts would work tremendously. Imagine and expanded banjo nuts and bolts where you build cars and homes (minecraft) and a racket and clank style story mode. I would buy it for sure.. but now we are talking about a 150+ million dollar game…huge risk..

I started playing P5R in Mid Jun and didn't finish till the end of July. It was an amazing experience, i put 204hrs and got all the achievements on it.

I don't GAF about Baulder's Gate 3, couldn't possibly care any less about that game and I wouldn't touch it if it hit GP. I doubt it will win GotY either as there is far less appeal for the average gamer when compared to Zelda TotK or Starfield. Its a very very niche game.

Xbox should bring Microsoft Office to Xbox. They have a rich history of software that they are just waisting. Move over Mario! Xbox has a new classic offering that will bring you back to your childhood! The Windows 3.1 Classic Mini! Complete with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Solitaire, Minesweeper and more!
I like a lot of Xbox content creators but I have no idea why Xbox is a thing. They have no identity aside from being a value brand at this point.
I've 100%'d all the races in every Forza game ever made (Except FH1), and I didn't even know Forza had splitscreen mode after FM3. I would bet that less than 1% of players ever used this mode, and I would be pissed if they delayed the entire game in order to get this mode working for that very small minority. Ship the game now and patch in those very sparsely used features later.

not related to gaming but I decided to watch The Bear after Rand gave it so much praise a couple weeks ago. I'm 5 episodes in and not much is happening. It's just them running a resuraunt.. I really dont get why Rand likes it so much.
I'd like to thank all the vocal Playstation fans who pour their soul into hating Xbox, without you Xbox wouldn't be as great as it is today, with all the amazing first party studios and new exclusive games. I'm trying to return the favor by highlighting how overpriced Playstation's subscription service is for it's content, and its overt anti-consumer tilt.
Whoever is currently playing BG3 knows very well how it's not a mainstream RPG. Some PS players that buy this are going to be surprised (hopefully in a good way!). A Starfield competitor it isn't.
No one uses Split screen. Let's move past it and stop complaining.
