What do you honestly think of this aircraft? Is it really worth buying? How do you rate the product?

I purchased the E175 on day 2, and I will say that it is a worthy investment. The tutorials alone , helped me to better understand airline operations. I also enjoy the way the EFB works , as well as the PFD , MFD and FMC works , and expands when you click on it.
If you are new to airline operations , this is a good investment.
My favorite airline kit is the Zibo 737. Favorite payware ( Q4xP ). And this joins the ranks as well.
If you are into airliners , this offers a good experience and introduction into this line of aircraft’s
Over promised and under delivered.
Seems pretty poor for the money, the autopilot seems way off and the FD on departure is totally wrong , real shame
VNAV bugs are at the top of the list to fix – and this is a great video to review for just that purpose. There are plenty of corners where different scenarios can hide. Thanks for such a detailed stream Sam – great job!
I wish that XP12’s shadows weren’t this hard and harsh. I can barely see the beautiful cockpit once you pass the clouds 😢

Great stream Sam! Thanks a lot. Funny enough, the issue that happens at 1:13:33 is not related to VNAV, it is related to the VSD not representing the descent path correctly. So it looked like we were supposed to start the descent right after passing BKY, but in reality, the plane will just fly straight until it intercepts the 3° path and starts descending again. Unfortunately, we didn't incorporate the subsequent TODs in the VSD yet, so the descent path looks like it should start descending at a shallower angle right after BKY, and I see how that looks confusing. That is the problem that we will have to address as soon as possible.
The reason why it flies level and then descends at 3° instead of just descending straight away at a shallower angle is that it stays higher for as long as possible to save fuel.
Ultimately, if you just stay in PTH, it will always start descending at the right time, but the VSD needs to reflect that. So the VSD definitely needs to be updated on our part, and we will prioritize this, because I can totally see how it would confuse the users.
The only thing I can ask for is a bit of patience, every release of every kind of software is very stressful but we are gathering all the feedback, and we are already working on releasing a hotfix, as well as an official update hopefully by the end of this week.

The price is high, but then look at PMDG 737 Series for MSFS $49.99 + $69.99 + $34.99 + $69.99 way over $140 for the full set of 737's. So it isnt that bad. And less we forget, with the X-Crafts the linage will be free and the steep landing packages as well.
i wish we would have that replay system in msfs. the only thing i honestly miss from my xp days atm
Why on earth spend the kind of money being asked for this payware when it is still not ready for public consumption.? $134 for basically the same aircraft, same systems, just variants? $75 for one? I recommend a wait and see attitude. The ZIBO 737, free, and is miles in front of any payware add-on for XP11 or XP12. I look for consistency when simming. This product is just not there yet.
As a sim enthusiast and a former pilot in the e-jet, I was very excited about this release, I watched prerelease videos of Q8 and XP72, Chosen by Marco of X-craft to showcase the add on, I bought the aircraft day one, it was a very bad decision!!
I’m still blaming myself in believing these two YouTubers as they failed both – either by dishonesty or ignorance-in pointing out very obvious shortcomings, like the bad flight model, very shallow aircraft systems, buggy basic FMS..plus many bugs ..
this addon doesn’t match the price asked by miles.
PS: the 3D modeling and texturing is good quality.
