  1. I honestly believe that a lot of the mental illness that plagues the world is simply due to people not getting back out to nature. Being in the wild is great for the mind and the soul.

  4. Great advice Az, to get out and get some adventure in the great outdoors. I'm 66 and disabled now, but in my youth I had many great outdoor experiences that I can still reminisce about. It would have been tragic if I had waited until I was too old and infirm to do it.

  5. Unfortunately no matter what we do as individuals for our ocean it is the countries in south east Asia that produce 99% of the oceans plastic waste. Australians produce less than 0.01kg of plastic waste per person per annum. Whereas in the Phillipines it’s 3.3kgs of plastic per person per annum. Get them and other south East Asian countries like them under control and the ocean plastic issue almost disappears
