  2. What a great job you did Carol, you're a natural. That sausage looked really good & we can adjust it & put maybe sliced bell peppers instead of onions ( I'm allergic to onions). Looks like a sausage we have here called Polska Kielbasa, a skinnier smoked ring shaped sausage. The swedish sausage is big compared to what we have. Of course we would load the potatoes up with butter salt & pepper & I usually crumble up some bacon on most of the mashed potatoes. I wonder if your sausage butter sauce would be great on the potatoes, I bet so.

  3. Carol, if you like that roased garlic flavor. Try roasting yourself. Super easy. Take a whole head of garlic. Cut off the top. Wrap it in aluminum foil with a bit of oil, salt and pepper. Close it up and roast in a 350 oven for about 35-40 minutes. The garlic will just squeeze out and the oil is infused with flavor. Add the garlic to anything

  4. We have a sausage in the US called Ring Bologna, which looks very similar to yours. It is a fully cooked or smoked, ready to eat sausage. I have never seen it used in a hot dish; but there could be a recipe for it. Idaho is a western state, which is famous for raising potatoes, the name Idahoan, is the company name, which brings Idaho and potatoes together at the advertising table.
