Norman collier was a well known famous comedian he used to do an act has a chicken, pretend to loose the sound on a microphone and try and talk through a car window what was shut by sitting on a chair and pretending to drive he was a lovely guy when l was younger whilst on a bus we could see his house and one day he was standing on his balcony and he waved to me on the bus so l waved back l did meet norman whilst visiting the doctors were he was to he told me a joke he was ever so funny and l managed to get his autograph which l still have today
Norman Collier was born on 25th December 1925 he died on 14th March 2013 he was a well liked British comedian who achieved popularity following many television appearances in the 1970’s he was best known for some acts like his faulty microphone act and his chicken impressions
