Would have loved to also see how the FW models rank in this codex. Particularly Contemptors and Leviathans. Been hearing a lot about the double Contemptor Invocatus builds.
There is zero reason not to allow Angron to select his aura off the board. There is no rule preventing it like there was in 8th, it isnt a targeted or ranged ability and it doesnt have the "if this model is on the battlefield" stipulation that other things like Chaplains litanies do
