  1. I think this works mostly just for cardio. Because when it comes to weight lifting or calisthenics a set usually lasts less than a minute and it is not comfortable to watch from the exercises' position

  2. Brother a question. Do you think one arm push ups are good for building muscle?

    How would you compare them to push ups in terms of hypertrophy? They have been very good for strength for me (I can do one arm one leg push ups for 10 reps per arm and I can also dumbbell bench 110lbs for 14 reps whenever I go to a gym occasionally).

    But for pure size, which one would you recommend more? One arm push ups or push ups?

  3. Hey b4 flex I'm 16 and I'm 5foot ten right now and my dad 6foot and my mom as round 5foot6 due you think I will continue to grow cause i haven't seen any growth in a minute and Im beginning to get scared and I looked it up it say you stop growing at 16

  4. OMG this video appeared at the perfect time!! I started rope jumping last week, and the first session was a pain in the ass, I tried listening to music, which didn’t really work because of the rhythm. Today I watches the first episode of a new Anime while skipping and it was so much fun! Plus the show is exciting as hell so I’m actually looking forward to the next session. So thanks a lot man, deadass🙏
