I miss not being able to go to Japan ā Tokyo is not my favourite place but I do like Osaka. They were obsessed with masks even before Covid was ever mentioned ā so I should think now it must be masks, masks, masks everywhere. I would hate that.

How exciting you got that trip! I too have wanted to go to Japan since I was a kid. I actually had a trip booked for Oct 2020 to celebrate my 10 year wedding anniversary, but of course that was cancelled due to covid. Hopefully it'll happen one day!

Thank you for sharing your flight. I hope you enjoy your layover with coworkers there. It is a long way westward when you pass Hawaii. I felt the same way about flying to Hong Kong many years ago. I thought I was the junior F/A but I was not and there were about three other F/As junior to me. But please enjoy your layover and long haul flight back home.
