  1. Build a bridge. Place it so it covers the water tile with the rock in it. When placed bridges clear rocks under them. Pick (literally) the bridge back up, fill in hole. Franklyn will make you a bomb but that seems a waist of money and resources to me when you can craft a bridge cheep.

  2. you must dig diagonally from the rock that is under water, not directly from the side. if you dig diagonally from the stone, holes will not fill with water. as you have planted palm trees

  3. Funnily enough, I’ve heard that some animals will eat their young if a predator comes around. So the birds attacking their eggs when you got close wasn’t totally weird, although I’m not sure if that’s why they did it. It was a surprise either way. I’m also kind of surprised you don’t have to feed or protect your new animal ride from predators. Still, if you didn’t already have the bike it would be useful to have a bird to ride around on. 😊

I really love this game. I hope it gets more to do, mostly more people you can move in, but I’m constantly impressed with how much is in the game already.

  4. You may have miss where I said this but if you put the bugs in your hand, you can place them on the ground, fish in tanks and bugs in a bug holder. They never go away, so you can catch something, place it on the ground and grab it next time you are near it and have an open spot. I like to save one of each for when the people ask for one of those bugs. Last time I sold my stock of saved bugs on the map it was worth $4,000,000 total.

Diagonal… Dig it so that the hole is dry not connected to the hole with the rock in it. But diagonally positioned like the way a Bishop moves on a chess board. You'd need to tear up the sidewalk so you can dig your hole… but once you are on the same level as the rock you'll be able to mine it diagonally so that you wouldn't be hitting any of the blocks that make the walls of your hole but hitting the rock behind them. You can try bombs but I don't think they'll work because of the water block above the rock! By getting on the same level as the rock you are getting below the level of the water block and that is why you'll be able to hit it as long as your hole stays dry. But if your hole fills up with water you won't be able to use any tools at all.

  6. when towns people have a day off talk to them and ask them hang, they will fight with you mine with you and when you shovel up a barrel or box they just whack it open for you, it may or may not increase their hearts 2 i have no idea i just use them as meat shields for the alphas lol

also stop selling the bugs go see if you can turn them in first then sell Lol, and some of the stores close alot latter then you think like the museum is opened from like 7am to 9pm (or something like that its always opened when i go there lol)

  7. Up to 12 tiles, can be interpreted the way you see it. But it could also be interpreted that it will provide power to a grand total of 12 tiles. It's not really clearly stated which might explain all the confusion as to how it works. All my stuff is surrounding my windmill for aesthetic purposes but I'm pretty sure you are correct and it powers a 12 tile radius around itself, I just can't be bothered redesigning my set up to test it

  10. I’m still behind on your videos, so I’m not sure if you already figured this out… but, John’s shop is open past 4pm. I thought he closed at 4, until I figured out he was still open past then. It’s either 5 or 6pm, though. Check his sign to find out which. ☺️

  11. Opal have a planned very late game purpose I will not speculate here on an old vid, best to sell them if you are at this point or earlier. I believe they are still 15K D per before commerce bonus. Also eat fried eggs and/or honey for better Stamina. But again since a 10 day old video at the time of this reply, some of this is addressed in future videos.
