“He has never said this, but I’ve watched it. You have 30 seconds to make your point.”
What Elon Musk has been doing at Twitter since he took over the company isn’t new – he’s used the same management strategies when he took over Tesla and when he founded SpaceX.
The Wall Street Journal spoke with three former employees to better understand Musk’s management playbook.

Thanks for providing such a balanced view of the market.
more lies lol disgrunted workers lol
if I would be a CEO, I would probably be 'even worse'. I just hate lazy people, just like Musk. Don't want to work? then go work for the state or something. go vote demonrat.
You want a good wage, a good job? Rich men start early in the day. Roll with it!
Don’t ask ex employees anything
musk sucks. period.
This proves the censorship problem and we should be worried. Search Tucker Elon interview and this video comes up. Soon you will loose all control if free speach.
Now he's lost almost 35 billion dollars on twitter, which is hilarious
The only thing musk should have done to twitter is give it more free speech…

A model for a visionary CEO. Thanks!
Here we go again. Twitters competitors, news organizations, putting out another hit article on Elon all bc of his twitter acquisition.
Soon, all this nonsense will be over.
Trump & Musk! Two terribly Insecure men!
With all the money that they have! They still NEED to buy LOVE and Admiration with Money! SAD! They are nobodies if they had no money!
I’d rather use pigeons than starlink !
Rather a horse than a Tesla
Lastly I prefer earth over mars
He’s never going to be My Favourite Martian.
He has no clue. He thinks he’s the king.
He believes that he retaining only "the best" by working people this hard. In reality, he is only retaining the most desperate people. The best of the best have options. They will most likely leave for a place where they have work-life balance, incentives and bargaining power. Valuable employees, especially those from millennials and GenZ, will not settle for working for Elon. He should begin looking ahead and align with what the upcoming workforce values. Otherwise his success will be shortlived as talent goes to more "in-touch" competitors.
3:47 ok that sounds like a great story come on 😂 I can imagine him riding a bike and Elon just passed out on a table
4:34 she took a massive L moving to that company 😂
So because all these people couldn’t hack it they quit and then agreed to trash the he guy who gave them the opportunity to do something great? Hmm
Tesla vehicles have so many problems I don't want it for free…..
Real life Lex Luthor.
History will hopefully reveal the reality of Musk. He’s a clout chasing, virtue signaling, grifter whose only motivation is perceived financial and influential success.
Elon is South African 🇿🇦 most people in South Africa have a die-hard approach in business, work ridiculous hours and risk everything to succeed, and keep our businesses. South Africans don't get free support from Government we work for everything we have.
Whats the reward for an employee, working 100hrs a week??
A true leader.
