  1. A lot of this conversation was on player agency wrt what content to do. The best example of that I've ever seen is Path Of Exile's "atlas tree" system. If you haven't looked into that at all, I'd recommend doing so and seeing if there's something there that'd work in this game.

  2. Really excited about this project and to follow it as more information comes out! For me, when you're describing Blue Shards it sounds like MMO gameplay that is influenced by systems from ARPGS like POE, Last Epoch, and Diablo. Lots of player agency with the gameplay but MMO style progression. Sounds like it could be awesome!
