  1. Love triangles are always messy quite frankly I find it annoying as hell why are 2 dudes fighting over the same chick or 2 chicks fighting over the same dude? These people do know there's other guys & gals out there right? Don't waste your time on that one person.

  2. Triangles are the conflict that make romance 'work', but, IMO, the eternal triangle that DID work was Lois/Clark/Superman, and they were all there from the beginning, with two-thirds being an inner psychological conflict. No other triangle with three actual people can work as well. Even Archie realizes that Betty is too easy.

  3. I so love it when I see you laughing and enjoying yourself so much.

I absolutely agree about the editing-and/or-censoring of old comics, deleting various panels and the like. Reprint collections should be as complete as possible. Why is that so hard to understand?

  4. I am a big fan of DC's silver age. The 'new' characters like Martian Manhunter, Doom Patrol, Adam Strange, etc AND the updated Flash, Green Lantern, Atom and Hawkman/Hawkgirl were born into this silver age. It was still very child friendly(as comics should be) but also updated to the times. But the big three of Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman seemed to be stuck in a semi-golden age rut. The 'new' and updated characters compared well with the Marvel revolution of the 60's. The big three felt like an older generation trying to stay hip but only looking foolish to the cool kids.

  5. The missing panels is a big deal in the book 1984 they talk about how history is erased and changed; so that people don't know their real history 'Fahrenheit 451' touches upon this as well… All people have faults but that doesn't (or shouldn't) take away from the good or at least important things that someone have done that impacted history… like Christopher Columbus finding / proving that the world 🌎 is not flat (even though now some people believe that again πŸ™„) taking statues down or changing words in books because they are no longer Politically correct does not help anyone we must learn both the good and the bad from history. Other wise we are both doomed to, repeat the mistakes from our past, and dumbing down people / society.
We (at least in the west for sure) are getting closer to the world 🌎 written about in the book '1984' by George Orwell… We as a society must do everything we can to remember / preserve history, both the good and the bad we need history to learn and understand how to develop a healthy society.

  6. WW + Superman = Destiny . When everyone else has passed away there will still be Diana + Clark.. and we all know that they are the only two capable of being physical in the way that they really want to be.

  7. Oh, but there are so many ways to make this weirder! The gorilla could've been Gorilla Grodd! All Steve's talk about Manno the merman could've attracted the attention of Mano (Fatal Five) and Mer-Man (MOTU)–both wanting to know why some human pilot wants to fight them. And then all three start arguing over Diana too! 😡. And then she ships them all to the Amazons' Transformation Island til they learn how to treat women properly. 😊

P.S. Who do you think has had it worse/weirder in romance: Wonder Woman or Supergirl?

  8. 38:35: rather than 'come on!' Steve should have said 'Hop to it!'.
This whole things reminds me of the Archie Story Love Showdown where Betty and Veronica force him to make a choice. And he goes for Cheryl. Need an ending like that here as the look on Steve and Manno's faces would be priceless

  9. Wonder Woman courted by the "elements" Steve representing earth, Manno water and the knight air (Birdboy also) … very Pagan …. Found it very intriguing. Thanks for a Wonder-ful video. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ (PS I want to believe Steve and Manno discovered love with each other)

  10. I know there is a fifth dimensional being for every member of the Justice League (main 7 at least) and they all seem to have an animal companion, but it's looking like every Justice League member also seems to have a mermaid, a horse, or an ape.
