There are government officials that have a lab and are studying lycanthropy.. And the intentions are not good.. Mabey you are one of their test subjects or were exposed to something from that lab. Or mabey someone put a curse on you. Witchcraft curses are very real.

Get a good Catholic priest to perform an Exorcism on you. Most likely it's a curse. A grandpa that I knew once told me his cousin had this problem when he was a kid and an Exorcism broke this curse. Try all options.
