LAYTON, Utah (KUTV) — A woman was killed and a child transported with life-threatening injuries after they were both ejected from their vehicle in a Davis County rollover crash.
Utah Highway Patrol authorities said this investigation began on the morning of Sunday, Sept. 29, when troopers responded on an Attempt to Locate for a vehicle witnessed traveling at a high rate of speed on I-15 from Salt Lake County to Davis County.
When troopers attempted to stop the vehicle the driver reportedly failed to yield and took an on-ramp at milepost 322 onto Antelope Drive in Layton.

If they have the plates, dont chase them. The officers are at some level at fault.
I was forced back from a car exploding while a 15 kid sat screaming "help I can't release the seatbelt" he burned to death. I was 20 now am 65. I can't forget that moment. I do wear a sealt belt regardless. They don't always save lives.

I believe that the seatbelt law is unconstitutional, freedom of choice. If it's your time to leave this world no seat belt is going to stop it. The driver and the boy lived.
