  1. That man left the car he never tried to get her out, they can see the signs and tracks and knew it could be dangerous. Definitely done on purpose, nobody with half a brain would do that.

  2. So she was miles out of her jurisdictions because she thought she may play with her guns and shoot some one… what a joke this idiot is… I have to see her driving technique ( leaning out the drivers window with her long white cane) to find her way there… the copper who just stood at the back of the vehicle on the train tracks must have had his hearing aid turned off not to hear the freight train barreling down, looked a little like chicken little (the sky is falling the sky is falling) BUT I commend them on their due diligence as they approached the (hmm what is left of the vehicle after the train went through it) remnants of the vehicle guns drawn just in case their prisoner had escaped and was lurking ready to pounce on them…

  3. i think people forget that u jus need a GED to b a cop… It really does not take much to b a cop considering. cops r "brave" but no formal education alot of times other then highschool. i dont know if people realize but must jobs where u could die/ or kill people , need no to little education. They should respect the people more and pay them what they deserve and have them have to have more then 6 months of academy . most peoplep dont take a realtionship that serious in 6 months.

  5. The place was well lit. They did not care. If I was the young lady and I was in her position my first thought was this cop is trying to kill me. Hey Judge what if that was you are your family member. Judges are and will be held accountable for your decisions. People will not let this slide.

  8. They knew exactly what they where doing. They seen it as a perfeft opportunity to get a road rage suspect some Police Karma. Ykur fucking telling me they did not know their was someone in the cruiser? Why would he park it on the tracks as well!?! They KNEW the outcome they are acting fucking stupid😂

  9. I guess those Railroad Crossing signs that they passed were hidden behind trees or something was preventing the officers from seeing them. Also, they didn't step on or over train tracks where the police SUV was parked. Give me a break. Once she was in custody, there was no threat of a gun battle. There was no threat of a gun battle because she complied with all of the officers commands. Nice way of trying to deflect blame and blame the suspect for your inability to make sure the scene is safe.

  10. There was reflective signs, BRIGHT flashing police lights & headlights pointing towards the tracks.
They FELT the bump when they drove over the tracks, no doubt. They acknowledged the tracks when they were walking as well, no doubt. They ignored the train horn until it got extremely close. THEY KNEW they were on train tracks. They were just not smart enough to move to a safer location. The blame is 1000% on them.

There's got to be more to this story.

Like was this woman the ex of a man on the police force that she's dating and they were trying to off her?

LOL seriously. Something isn't adding up.
