Woman, 19, dies after being shot while driving, crashing car on Chicago's South Side

A 19-year-old woman was shot while driving her car on Chicago’s South Side late Tuesday night, causing her to lose control of the vehicle and crash into another car, according to Chicago police. The woman, identified by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office as Cyra C. Magby, was taken to an area hospital, where she was pronounced dead. A 19-year-old passenger in her vehicle was also taken to an area hospital with facial lacerations and was listed in serious but stable condition, police say.
