Hazrat Anas (RA) says that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: Three things are the root of faith (1) End fighting and enmity with a person who confesses La ilaha illallah. Fatwa (1) Ever since Allah Almighty sent me as a messenger, jihad will continue forever. Even at the end of this Ummah, a man will come and fight the Dajjal. Jihad cannot be ended under the pretext of justice of a just man (king) or oppression of a tyrant (1) and believing in destiny. (Abu Dawud)

Description:
This hadeeth clearly prohibits calling a Muslim a kaafir. This means that just as a kaafir who does good deeds is called a kaafir until he confesses Tawheed and Prophethood, so also a Muslim is forbidden to call himself a kaafir It is also a serious crime to say that he is a disbeliever unless he declares disbelief as disbelief. Those who say that if a believer commits a sin, even if it is a minor sin, then he becomes a disbeliever, and in the words: Mu’tazilah) who deny that a person commits a major sin is out of Islam even though he is not a kaafir. For a major sin, they consider it a middle ground, that is, they do not call it a Muslim or a kaafir. However, regardless of the foreigners and the Mu’tazilites, the Muslims of the present age should also look at their face in the mirror of this hadith who run factories of infidelity and call all Muslims other than their school of thought as infidels. These hard-hearted people do not hesitate to call not only ordinary Muslims but also the scholars of truth and the saints of Allah as infidels just for personal purposes and psychological desires. These people should think with a cold heart and mind that when the language of Prophethood has strictly forbidden to call even a disobedient Muslim a kaafir, then to call a kaafir of those religious leaders and leaders of Islam whose whole life is spent in the service and propagation of the religion. It is ridiculous to call a person who does not call him a kaafir a kaafir, which is a ridiculous thing from the rules of Shari’ah and the command of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). The first of the things mentioned in the hadith as the root of faith is the one which has been explained above. The second thing is jihad. The prophethood in this regard means that now that the religion of truth (which is the last and perfect religion of Allah) has appeared on the earth and the message of the Messenger of Allah has been announced until the end. The Dajjal should not be killed near the Day of Judgment, Gog and Magog should not appear and come to the brink of annihilation and this earth should not be cleansed from every single enemy and denier of religion, Jihad will continue. The obligation and importance of jihad will not end even if an Islamic head of state is a tyrant and oppressor. ۔ Not to refuse to be a partner and helper in jihad under the pretext of his oppression. Similarly, if an enemy religion is the head of a nation and the king happens to be just and fair, then the king’s justice is for peace and justice. But jihad against the people of this just king cannot be made unnecessary in order to increase the glory of Islam and the religion. The third thing is to believe in destiny, that is, for the security of faith, it is absolutely necessary to believe that everything that is happening in the universe and all the accidents and events that take place are under divine judgment.
