TV news NEVER gives us the full story. It's always "breaking news" or "developing story."
The police must investigate and document the entire chain of custody of the murder weapon from time of manufacture to confiscation by the police. FOX 10 must follow-up. Mature responsible citizens need hard facts to enact and enforce responsible laws with serious consequences.
Problem is PD aren’t doing much to go after these incidents, don’t have any proof to prosecute even when you get something on camera.

Man i cant believe it😢…the victims name was James Nicholas solano Aguilar. i didnt know him personally but we both attended the same gym i would see him theyre with his wife and kids almost everyday and literally workout on machines right next him. This man never wasted time in the gym he would get straight to business perfecting his physique and helping his wife as well, it was admirable n he was a true definition of a gym rat. I only talked to him once or twice and held the door for him n the one time we talked was when i walked into the bathroom and he was doing bodybuilding poses in the mirror i simply said "man bro ur looking good" and he replied with a " thanks man" wish i would of got to know him more or even hold the door one more time. He was a family man just like me and if i can say one word to describe him it would be dedicated. I feel both sadness n anger n my heart hurts for his family😢😢 we lost a great man husband and father… all i can say is you will be missed bro the gyms not gonna be the same without you. People should be able to drive without risk of being shot because of vehicular carry laws and not enough protections from people with anger issues who shouldn't be in possession of firearms.

So what I gathered from a few people who witnessed this… it’s started north down 163rd st, something happened between the two cars, no exactly sure. But that turned into a chase with the cars exceeding speeds of 100mph. They both came to a stop at the light on 163rd and grand ave. A person I know, just so happen to be driving by in her car turning right off of grand ave, just as she was passing the tracks, she saw the 33yr old male walking up to the 18yr olds car, he made it up to about his back door and the 18yr old, from his car, opened fire on him before he even got to the guys window. She said she heard the gunshots, and then he just dropped to the floor. The sad part was, the wife was also out of the car is what I was told, also pissed off and yelling, walking up to the passenger side of the 18yr olds car.
Again, not sure what drove all this rage… but it was bad decisions on both sides.
