Hundreds of thousands of small toads were part of a mass migration across a country road in Stockton Wednesday, leaving witnesses and biologists stunned at the scale.
This happened when we visited my aunt in Illinois. I asked her what the crunching sound was and why the road appeared to be moving. She told me not to look as she kept driving. Yeah, just so you know, I'm sorry I looked… She was driving right over frogs/toads, don't really know which they were, but they were the size of my fist. 😐☹️
