  1. Good win. I predicted 7-5 back in August and that’s what happened. Largely a disappointing season. The level of play was low. Still they kept the bowl streak alive,

  2. The snow forced us 2 run the ball in the 1st half so we weren't in the big hole as per norm. Played how u win B1G fb games. We controlled the ball 3Q they touched it 1x & game was over. They couldn't use their run game or play action, just desperation passes. We see the winning formula let's hope it sticks w/o snow. On Wisconsin

  3. I'm so sick of people talking about Evers. He couldn't beat out Howe or Burkett. He is absolutely terrible. That doesn't magically fix itself because of "tools." What's between your ears is the most important tool and he doesn't have it there.

  4. Locke is the smartest guy in the room and has a good arm. I can't believe we are starting to bail on him because of his inexperience. By the end of Summer, he will be really good.

  5. Good win, I think we all had higher hopes for the program. Fickle has a big name and a big contract and that comes with big expectations. Kind of concerning that people are talking about how will be worse next year… I don’t think that will be acceptable. The big 10 West is not very good overall. I think everyone’s expecting a much better year next year. We paid Fickle all this money because he can recruit and he’s expected to win more than he did this year.

  6. I’ll be honest I disagree with a lot of what you guys said. I think Braelon needs to stay another year because he still does not have a ton of versatility with catching out of the backfield. Remember when JT developed that it made him much more desirable. Chez should leave since he is almost in his mid 20s. I don’t think a RB is needed because we are bringing in Darrion Dupree who is Mt Carmels best offensive weapon and they are the best football team in Illinois. I also don’t think we need a huge change a CB because we hung with Harrison well but he’s just that good. There is nobody even remotely close to him and 2 of the PI calls were not good in this last game. At QB Locke cannot be the guy, I don’t have anything against him but we saw how the offense opened up when mordecai started using his mobility more. Nick Evers is probably the best running quarterback we have and after seeing these past few games, I think he should get the start next year. Mabrey should redshirt since we have 3 qbs returning for next year. WR are solid because we still have CJ Williams who has the highest ceiling we’ve seen out of a receiver since Cephus. He didn’t play much this year due to Dike having more experience. I think overall this was a solid season with growing pains from the players and coaches in a new conference and executing and calling the new offense and defense. The guys that were under Chryst and Leonard were smart guys but not a lot of freak athletes and that’s what we need defensively especially. I think next year will be significantly better we just have to let Fickell and the staff work.
