To celebrate Double Masters 2022, we’re doing extra episodes! As in, just 1 extra episode for this month. In this episode, we have a bunch of Patreon-suggested and voted commanders. It’s a jungle out here with Wilson the bear and Rin & Seri, the catdog making more cats and dogs. Rilsa Rael will try to take the initiative (and venture into the UNDERCITY maybe) while Captain Sisay herself will demonstrate the full power of her backgrounds!

  2. Matt's Morb joke flew under the radar for the most part but it made me choke on my rice laughing. Even aside from that though. All of you guys are hilarious, best magic gameplay on youtube

  3. This episode we see: Esmond, whom likes to play Wilson way too much; some say he's nearly as unbearable as that other guy, whom should remain nameless (matthew), whom plays two commanders, Rin and Seri, whom some say cheats with two commanders.

Tune in to find out whom wins. If you've seen previous episodes, you already know whom usually wins.

  4. Hey, Esmond, why don't you put a dice on your library with the number of triggers you have . Maybe two dice with different colors for upkeep and end step. (:

  5. That was a fun game. I was happy to see Matthew win, but I think the background/gate deck was my favorite. I was just thinking about how to pilot a janky background deck, and this was an excellent way!

  6. So I know Cryptolith right allows you to tap creatures for mana but I thought that summon sickness still effects them. so how was Matt able to tap the dogs he created during the point where he casts white main lion? Wouldn't they have summoning sickness?

  7. Nice game guys! Pauls initiative deck was very eye opening to how the mechanic works. I been thinking of making a commander deck like that and he really opened my eyes to it <3.

    also, go CatDog!

  8. Great match as always. I love the decks you guys choose to play in most episodes, usually efficient but often a little janky. Keeps the game length a nice middle ground, but not too quick or boring. Sisay Backgrounds MVP.
