So how is not having the number 1 pick Nick Casserio fault? Lovie Smith was the coach who decided to throw on 4th down and then go for 2 and the win. Casserio could not have stopped that. And Cody you act like Stroud is trash. Who lit Georgia up? It certainly was not Bryce Young. Everything will be just fine. Draft Stroud at 2 and if he stinks then you can draft Caleb Williams next draft. If Stroud is good then you are set. It's really ok Cody. I do not believe Bryce Young will be that good in the NFL. And you said Anthony Richardson? 🙄 It will take an experienced head coach at least 3 years to get him ready to play QB. The Texans don't need a linebacker playing QB. He has zero upside
Panthers don't control anything if they like CJ Stroud. It's either take him or we take him. Or try to spite us by taking Young. If they trade back they get neither guy. It's a bulff because they overpaid. Not our problem.
Take the best Quarterback available Stroud or Young at 2 and pair him with Jaxon Smith from Ohio State at #12 and let’s go Texans

I like both Qbs, Stroud and Young but Brice's size scares me. He edges out Stroud by a small percentage. Imagine a 350lb defensive tackle landing on Bryce Young. He'll snap in two. 🫢
Tough to think that the QB who Carolina takes at 1.01 will have much of an opportunity to look great anytime soon. Just gotta hope CJ falls to you at 2

Address defense is FA and Day 2/3.
Build around Young early to get him comfortable.

This team is exactly the team that can draft Richardson. This team stinks. Idk why everyone is so high on Demeco and this coaching staff thinking everything is going to make a complete 180. This team has 2 or 3 years before they will be contenders again. We don’t need a QB that has to play right now. Take a QB in free agency and let Richardson sit.
I feel like if Young's not there we might see Texans do an 06 kind of draft, but get a stop gap qb for a year instead of mills. I don't like it but can see it happening.
