Back in the 60's there was still national pride.. so spending billions to walk the moon and nothing else was fine. Now? the people that rule the world want money.. not to spend it. They'd only go to mine it lol.
The snail race to build a lunar dome! Good for ya!! Back to the moon? Hahaha! Sad!
The only way this will happen is when someone can make money from space. Until then it’s all academic blah blah blah.
