  1. What was so great about him other than his speed?seems like.they relied more on Kelce and Hardman when they were in clutch time .He just gets so .muxh hype because he is fast.these analysts overthinking it.KC will.not have issues beicswe of this.if anything they need to keep evolving Mahomes' game.

  2. I hope the Chiefs didn't pull a Lakers and get rid of all the players they needed to win the championship… Trading Tyreek for a few draft picks is like taking a chance at the craps table. The Chiefs had BETTER beat the table with all of their chips stacked OR… to be continued! πŸ€”

  3. I don’t think the Chiefs regret the trade and as far as I’m concerned if they wanted him that bad they would pay I’m gonna be completely honest I would take all the money that i have if I’m the chiefs and focus on defense

  5. Mahomes still has Kelce & should open it up for the rest of the supporting cast(JuIu, MVS, & Hardman). They’ll probably have to pass more to their RBs too.

  6. Tom Brady win with the different sets of WR. the not so good one, the Okay one, and the great one. He even lost the Super Bowl with one of the best offense in NFL. KC will find the way. they might not replace Tyreek Hill but they'll find a new way for their offense.

  7. So, over the next 4 years ,by then, maybe, maybe not the Chiefs could have put up another title with Hill on the team.

But by then, they'll have nowhere near the trade value out of Hill when he's 32, rather than doing it now after Hill has already helped the Chiefs win a new title, and at 32, he would more than likely have slowed down a bit.

Meco is 24, and just as fast as hill, he just doesn't run routes as good as hill, but, he's improved a lot in that category, and worked on his hands as well.

Also the Chiefs have signed other top end receivers, and on top of that, may get another hot shot receiver out of the draft

There's no way they could pass up on all those draft picks, plus being able to save all that money.

I think the biggest thing Mahomes will miss out of Hill, is on those broken down plays when Mahomes has to scramble around, Hill had the great ability of getting open to help Mahomes make something out of the play, rather than just having to throw it away, or run out of bounds, or take a sack, but that doesn't mean KC's receivers still won't be able to continue achieving this through a lot of practice and getting to know each other.

But this nonsense about Mahomes won't be able to find receivers because Hill is now gone is comedy, Mahomes has thrown to other receivers, it's just that they all played behind Hill, Kelce, so they weren't getting the ball as much.

When Hill missed a game this past season, Mahomes threw to Pringle and the Chiefs won, Pringle had 100 yards.

  8. It will take KC a year to adjust without hill. Hill is the most dangerous WR in the game with world class speed, and he plays bigger than his size. Eventually AR will figure it out, but at first they will struggle.

  9. Patrick Mahomes is as good as his O line and can't win games without a shutdown defense. All this money being spent on QB's at the expense of the rest of the team is crazy. Mahomes has ONE superbowl win as do many other QB's, not sure how this qualifies him to be so over paid.

  11. I’m gonna miss Tyreek but not that much cause now they have draft capital. To people saying the Chiefs aren’t the most dangerous team, who said they needed to be to win a title

  12. Stephen A is acting like they can afford to keep him. The argument is: should KC keep him on for the last year of his contract and get nothing for him next offseason(or very little for a sign and trade) or should they trade him now and get some valuable picks for him? The answer is trade him now. I am not going to argue if they got enough, who knows, really? He is worth what you can get for him I guess. There is no way that KC can afford to keep him and also have a shot at winning another title. It is as simple as that. They have been pretty good with their draft selections so I think they may be able to pick up another Hill type player in the draft(not a receiver necessarily but a player that other teams under value..like they did Tyreek). KC does not have to have a win it now at all cost mentality. They have Mahomes on a long contract so they need to be looking at how they can have a chance to win a SB every year he is under contract.

  13. Mahomes isn't the Best QB in the NFL , that would be Rogers MVP . Brady who blowout the Chiefs with all the weapons. Give those 2 (Tyreek Hill and Kelce) to Rogers or Brady and the story changes drastically. That Mahomes contract not the Hill contract is the problem and will effect the other contract coming up in the future. Mahomes could've been offered less money and wouldn't have left the like's of Hill & Kelce. Getting rid of Dorsey who drafted all these players. Was really bigger than people think.

  14. In summary – they pay their Quarterback too much money to afford a well rounded Team…. It was obvious after the Maholmes deal that such things will happen. As i know Brady was too success-orientated to be the best paid quarterback at his prime – he knew you also need money for a strong team. Pretty sure this wont be the last strong player leaving.

  15. Sad to see him go BUT the Saints do not need another scandle as in AK. I think our WR's are way over underated anyway. We'l pick a good one up plus we have MT coming back. I'd like to see the $$ put to Aaron Donald if possible who may be up for grabs. Could you imagine him and Cam on the defensive line together. Bound to bring havoc to a QB.
