On a real note, I can't WAIT for the lore in this update. My first every .0 version update, and my lore brain is ticking. Now I'm no theorycrafter by any means, but I do love thinking about possibilities, let me know if you enjoy this kinda trailer breakdown!
from the trailer, i can see that the premise of what's happening is that there are some opposition among people of sumeru and sumeru akademiya's sages. Some still believe that the previous dendro archon (Rukkhadevata) is still alive, so they refused to accept Nahida as their archon. some believe that Rukkhadevata already died and recognized Nahida as their current archon.
Sabzerus festival is held to celebrate Nahida's birthday, they mentioned that some people might think that if they celebrated Nahida's birthday, means that they're accepting that Rukkhadevata is already dead.
the "god" mentioned by one of the sages prolly meant for Rukkhadevata, seems like those sages believe that there's a way to "revive" Rukkhadevata
Knowlege and wisdom are 1 very differents thing. Knowlege is when you know stuff and wisdom is more close to undersanding our world
For the white glow i have a theory and it's based on the fight against Childe 2nd phase. At the end of the fight we use both geo and anemo at the same time. Folowing that scene, childe ask us how we did it and Aether/Lumine say in their mind (i'm getting my power back). Soo i assume each new element let us access more amd more of your original power or weaken the sealthat the unknow god placed on us. By getting the dendro element, we are now at 4 out of 7 element or to put in percentage 57.14% so maybe we can slightly use "our" power for a very short amount of time.

While I’d love to see more examples of god’s past (especially in the desert areas) I think that it’s possible that the people of Sumeru or even the Akademia are divided between hating and supporting Nahida/Lesser Lord Kusanali. Perhaps because the Greater Lord’s body was never recovered, they still believe her to exist, and Kusanali being revered as an Archon to be heresy.
This is before watching:I personally think that it's not that possible for traveler to unlock his powers this early on it's supposed to be a near end game or even pure endgame type of power when the gathers all the elements he gains light something like that happened in Enkanomiya from what i remember dunno been half a year since i even explored that place
Mid way watching:Certainely think that the whatever thing that gives you knowledge of everything might have taught traveler how to use light true but i have a feeling it might be more so that traveler absorbed Abyssal energy and transferred it to light element because remember.The abyss twin could use abyss powers and in the cutscene at the beginning both of them were using light and not just the twin you picked so i have a feeling that Traveler transferred Abyss energy to light energy which is very complicated but cool.Also during the scene where it shows the purple ball thing i haven't done any research but the particles that is coming out of the ball is sorta the same color as the outline of the cute the unknown goddess used.
End of vid:It does makes sense at least most of these but something that I can see is bound to happen is that when the Traveler asks about their other twin they might get no response (might be a risky prediction but eh) and most likely they will find out that the Knowledge only extends to Teyvet and not other places which means that there is a cap for the knowledge so i feel like it would be possible but also these cutscenes seem to be later in the story?(Honestly dunno maybe it is)So maybe they were just too lazy to make the color but another counter arguement is that the models do have the colors sooooooo…Btw the reason why I am not supportive of Traveler getting their power early is because i just honestly think we haven't been through enough to get our godly powers that could very well or probably even solo all the archons at onceI just honestly think it's too early for such a huge power so soon (Also nice vid did a good job on the analysis)
i can't remember if it was mentioned but. the withered seed we got from the chasm kinda looks like a shrivelled version of the divine knowledge capsule. if the consciousness and wisdom of the dendro archon (im assuming greater lord rukkhadevata) are connected to the irminsul tree that dottore burns in the a winter night's lazzo video, could the divine knowledge capsule (that grants godly wisdom) be the seed of rukkhadevata's tree ? could the withered seed be a seed of kusanali's own wisdom that we might later use to plant a new irminsul tree ?
one thing I recently read:
"Akasha (ākāśa आकाश) is the Sanskrit word for "aether", "sky", or "atmosphere"." (from wiki)
So if Aether-kun is the Akashic record, then add "Akasha" to him, hmmm, interesting thing going on there… 🤔
One thing connected to this is in Zhongli's Archon quest, Zhongli saying that Aether will serve as a "record" to the events happening to Liyue or Teyvat, something along those lines, so that's i interesting too, hahaha…
The version trailer have a truck ton of different voices alternating between lines and scenes, it makes theorizing a bit hard but really exciting……. I think, may be the vanishing woman on the PV spoke some lines in the version trailer….
There are many theories circulating around how the gods of Celestia punish people who would learn too much about the world or get too "advanced" in their development, in some kind of way. And hence the Akasha terminal or the Divine Knowledge capsule might put people at risk of learning the deep secrets of Teyvat no mortal should learn about.

Yeah, the Collei thing is her ult. I always though it sounded like she was saying "Calling Amber, help" you you might be right. They don't really have phones in this world so that wouldn't make sense I guess.☹
Also I believe at the start (before they get anemo powers) the traveler's accessory colour is gray so I think powerless is grey, not black. The white accessory thing you talk about at about 12:00 I really hope you're right or it's something even cooler, because I'm afraid it might just be that the white there is a mistake that they didn't catch. Like when Aether appears for a few frames instead of Lumine (if you play her) in the Shenhe quest. The traveler survives Osial's wife's beam and that sent them flying back into a mountain (and that canonically is before Inazuma, so at that point we would have two less elements or half the power) so I think it's not that far fetched that they could survive this beam without their original power. Also very important in the Inazuma "Story Promotional Video" you can also see the traveler in a few scenes and everytime is seems like the traveler doesn't have any colour or his accessories are white so in the hand-drawn trailers that might just be a stylistic choice.

About "our gods" i think it is not about archons
The Archons are not really gods at all
Compared to an ordinary person or someone who owns the eye of god, they are certainly incommensurable in terms of strength… but I don't think that makes them really gods. They are rather those who can simply control a certain element to the fullest without using a catalyst in the form of the eye of God. And as you know, even a mere mortal can become an Archon. That is why I would not call the Archons gods. After all, there are really real primordial gods like, for example, Pyromidal
And again, the phrase "our gods will return.".. sounds interesting. Because those who like to read and study lore… The Celestia that now exists is the second Celestia. And it is even called a fake celestia in which there are no primordial gods. What happened to the original is unknown and it was the first Celestia who gave people the eyes of God and people worshipped her. If I'm not mistaken
So… the phrase is quite short… but there is quite a lot of food for thought in it. Exactly as in the phrase that the real sun disappeared a long time ago and only the moon remained, and again, as you know, there were 3 sisters who disappeared for a long time. And they were connected to the Moon and the Sun
i think im the only one who did not like the lore talks in the live stream because i rather experience it in game
element-less lumine has white accessories; ive never seen lumine with black accessories. i did notice though, that she has white accessories during crux clash and at the beginning of the game vs. aether who had black accessories.
i think the colour of aether's accessories changing is just an oversight, an inconsistency. for aether; black and white accessories both show element-less state.
to add, i watched a few people play the game from the start and sometimes, aether's accessories appear black instead of white on the selection screen even though the animations earlier had him with white accessories.
anyways i hope a lot of people actually read this comment because it feels like this is a really important point here that people are missing by not looking at lumine as the traveller.

EDIT: in the frame by frame u went with.. i noticed the explosion was tbh exactly the same when unknown god blocked the travellors attack and little stars appeared for a instant in the explosion..
makes me wonder if this "power" this purple ball thing is using is some how directly related to celesta and the unknown god…
