This is a freedom movie.” Academy Award-winning actor Will Smith discusses playing one of the most famous unknown people from American history in “Emancipation,” why he chose to work on this project, and how he’s spent the last year since the Oscars incident. #DailyShow #Comedy

Ewww…Will Smith. Wont watch anything that man is in. I'll just skip this interview.
His nephew 😢 awww
Why he has tears in his eyes?
A great man and a great human Will Smith is only human he lost it but he still one of my heroes
will = kanye
Ig Chris should've had some of that love armor on.. 🤷🏾♂️🤣🤣🤣
It would be great if Trevor would make an interview show later. He is so could at talking with people !
Will smith .. humbled down 🙏🏼♥️
You know?
This interview was very frustrating to me. I have always felt that the Oscar incident with Will was completely misrepresented by the press and blown up by public. I believe that Will Smith did exactly the right thing when Chris Rock insulted his wife, about a health problem she was having. 1. Will was not trying to hurt Chris, it was a Hollywood slap and it was meant to return the insult and disrespect that Chris caused and that Will saw in his wife's face. 2. What was Will supposed to do…sit there and smile after seeing his wife's pain? He acted appropriately and the idea that the Oscars and public are trying to make it some terrible crime is nonsense. 3. Chris did not press charges or talk about it because he knew he got what he deserved. He should be the one that apologizes, not Will. A man is obligated to defend his wife's honor. 4. Being banned from the Oscars is in keeping with the way the Oscars has treated Will Smith for years. He is a great actor and should have had Oscars for Ali, I am Legend, Pursuit of Happiness, Independence Day and other films. So them banning him should be no surprise to anyone. 5. Trevor, we love you, but stop acting like Will did something so terribly wrong. Like I said, a man is obligated to defend his wife. That is the American way. Chris is lucky Will didn't try to hurt him.
Love Will
This interview was absolutely wonderful. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Will actually thinks he still has a career by promoting his dumb traveling show. Time will let him know though it's over when no one watches anything he does. I'm here watching this video to watch one of my favorite tv hosts Trevor.
Excellently done 🫡
Trevaaah why are you saying "you know you know you know like will Smith always does. No need to suddenly use that kind of punctuation
Whatchu talkin bout Willis?
You just don't know, you know?
Great one Trevor !!!!
Thanks for bring Him out
Shame this is just sad… we all make mistakes. One moment doesn't define you. I hope these stars resolve this issue and one day find inner peace
