  29. Assalamu Alaikum what kills me is so many people says “Religion” is to control. Tell me what isn’t in this world that controls you? Everything has some sense of rules to follow. Now if you say that religion was used to control totally subjugate, subdue and take away your language your creed your identity and self worth than yes it isn’t right. However Islam corrects corruptness and rectifies the behavior. Yes brother you said It better than I can “your soul needs to be restrained “

  34. 18:46 Correction. slavery existed heavily in the Arabian/Islamic empire it began in the early 7th century and slavery was not fully abolished in Arabia until 1960! 17 million Africans were traded by different Arab rulers through this time period and approximately 5 million were traded by muslim rulers, there are plenty of history books that write about the accounts of the horrific things that took place during the Arabian slave trade that happened whilst the Islamic conquest was happening. I encourage all Muslims at specially black or african Muslims to do their research on this topic as it is extremely important to understand being African/black Muslims, African people have been exploited and abused to slavery in every nation and in every way possible.

    was the golden era for slaves in Arabia as he helped abolish it throughout the Arabian peninsula, but shortly after he passed away Arab Muslims turned backed to their old doctrines of enslaving people and some even abusing islam as a means to justify what they were doing. Such as the Muslims rulers in the Ottoman Empire.

  50. Iblees (Satan, Lucifer) was not an angle. He was a Jinn. Jinn are created from fire. Angles are created from light and humans are created from earth.
    Jinn have free will like humans and like humans could be good or bad.
    Angles don’t have free will.
