  1. Thanks for the kind words. I've shot a lot of wildlife with the Z7, and I think the Internet is wrong: You CAN shoot wildlife but a Z7, but it is a thoroughly unenjoyable experience, especially if you gave up a D850 for it. My transition to Z has left me with 12 amazing lenses and 3 bodies that suck all the joy out of photography, at least for those of us who didn't grow up playing video games (Having to constantly switch focus modes/areas/whatevers is absurd. The loss of a programmable button for area + af-on is just a straight up insult from Nikon, especially since, for a mere $6k, I can get the feature on a Z9).

  2. Could we have a "best photo from the last year" (or 18 months if after August :D) challenge? I do lots of event based things that could potentially be shared, but they don't necessarily happen in a challenge window. Just a thought.

    The pigeon shot was taken out of my window with a Z6II and 70-200mm S.
