Hey Stupendous awesome video I also agree I think the Zillo also wins vs the Gorog and I think it really comes down to size the Zillo beast is simply bigger and as you said size is the biggest factor in this fight so I think Zillo takes this 100% but anyway keep up the great work

I know very little about the Mythosaur, so seeing a vs breakdown of that and something more common like a Rancor or Crate Dragon would be a neat way to understand where the Mythosaur falls in the power spectrum. Just a thought! Love all your videos🎉

to be fair to the gorog for just a moment, are we really to assume that the ONE example that we see in universe is the species best living prime example of gorogs? It seems like that's like judging the capabilities of the rancor species based off of looking at only Jabba's rancor. When starkiller fights it, the gorog looks like entire muscle groups have been surgically removed from it's body to weaken it, as far as hide strength is concerned the removed muscles (which would provide a large amount of resistance to being impaled) the malnutrition, lack of movement, poor environment probably compromised the outer skin of the gorog, but as evidenced by it's metal plate surgery attempt it's bones impenetrably tough.
You seem to be comparing the weakest member of the species being at the weakest point in their lifespan with the absolute species potential embodied in the other one

I’m sure the Zillo beast would figure out the Gorog’s empty arm and double heart weakness soon enough, and probably would start to throw it around with the tail until damage and stress became too much for his structure to handle
IDK if you’ve done this or not, but can you give a video on the legends material regarding the Mythosaur? I know that canon doesn’t have hardly anything so I wasn’t sure if legends might have a bit of more.

Honestly thought the size difference would’ve been the other way around. Never realised how massive the zillo was 😂
The thing is that the Gorog is represented as an absolute colossal monster, while we often see the Zillo Beast in it's entierty on the screen. The sheer sense of titanic scale isn't there for Zillo.
You said the Gorog was 8 foot tall, he definitely looks taller when standing next to starkiller who must be about 5 to 6 feet tall.

The Zillo beast may not technically be a dragon, but he's close enough for me. Therefore, it should be revered and respected.
You know what the problem (at least I think) is with the Gorog eating Rancors? It's that if that's what they're feeding the thing I'll assume at least one Rancor a day, how are they getting them?! Do they clone Rancors??! Cuzi was under the impression those things were quite rare indeed, not a rare as a Gorog but still. Where are you getting several hundred to 1000 Rancors every year??
One minor add-on to the weaknesses of the Zillo Beast is the ion cannons (Republic Tanks) to slow it, but it really just puts it to sleep. I don't think the outcome would change since the Gorog wouldn't be able to use the ion cannon or tank weapons to put the Zillo Beast to sleep, so the Zillo Beast would still win. 😁

so i go to my GM who runs Star Wars (west end games) , you claim that you can handle anything has a GM for star wars, i told him i want to be a beast wrangler/xenobiologist / Jedi with a hatchling pet, he said good make it , so i focused on being a scholar / jedi wi th a young XYLO beast, showed up on first session, he gave a once over to all our character sheets, he goes nice try , keep this up and i will give you a stationary baby Sarlacc for a pet, anything small he said, i took an Ysalamiri, i started to become a force spy.i had a ship and i started to breed them , you see my gm at the time did not read all the novels like i did, i provided to him all the sourcebooks he did not have , we had to transfer the newer sources into older 6 die system to facilitate eras. after he read everything i gave him he told me you have a very long way before you will ever learn FORCE STORM , i said but it is on the table, he said right while rolling his eyes. Here is a feeling i know you feel everyday, master scholar, no one knows SW like you do, every conversation you moderate yourself not to overwhelm the people you talk to with your insane knowledge. If this fight ever happened, it would be Star Wars’ version of Godzilla vs Kong.
If they ever made another Force Unleashed game having Star Killer fight the Zillow would be a fun but predictable boss fight (likely going for the beast’s eyes and mouth)
Too be fair, the Gorog we see in game and the comics is the ONLY one we know about and he hasn't had the best life from what we can tell.
Dude is enslaved, forced to fight in an gladiatorial arena, is wounded with little in the way of getting proper treatment or healing, and likely malnourished as well. Like, that Rancor was a literal snack for him.
There's also no knowing if he's an adult of the species given that, ya'know, he's the only one of his kind in a non-canon time-line.
Then we have to take into account that the Zillobeast we see in Clone Wars is a freak that has been living in THE ideal location for ANY of his species. Unlimited food (the energy pit they found him in), zero natural predators, and zero permanent injuries to his body and no damage to his mind.
This SPECIFIC fight is the equivalent of Crippled and Blind old man Obi-Wan vs Darth Sion after gaining near immortality after the events on Malachor 5.
