The Apache has 2 engines 1 for each rotor & both can operate singly of each other.Those engines are the same engine in ALL the M1 Abrams tank family.
The alligator has an ejection system where the propellers flies out to the sides.I would not want to be at a Russian airshows when there is an emergency.

I have a reason: There does not seem to be too many countries that can stop attack helicopters, and even fewer who can do so when combined arms are applied appropriately. All of your examples left out quite a few other factors that will keep the AH-64 around for a while.
While I love both these choppers, the US is the gold standard.

Attack helicopters aren't going anywhere. The need for close air support hasn't vanished. Russia's problem is down to tactics. They still don't seem to grasp combined arms warfare.

You are comparing apples and oranges. Range is determined by fuel quantity carried at the expense of ordnance carried. KA high speed is 170 knots due to their coaxial rotor system with VNE at 190 knots. This with no beeping the rotor speed down. I have had a Huey in Vietnam up to 155 knots IAS at 1,000 feet PA. You did not compare to the Lockheed AH-56 Cheyenne that is still superior to the Apache. Israel also is said to operate the KA-52. Tilt rotors seem to be the future but they have design Achilles heel that limits them to close to the home base because they still have no answer to recent accidents.

The right tool for the right job. It's about using what you have correctly at the best moment. And knowing the limits of your tool. Look at what a F-16 can still do to a state of the art fighter.

Anytime someone uses the word "obsolete", I automatically assume they aren't educated enough to understand the role or use of what they are talking about. Especially when talking about the modern battlefield. Russia, is not the norm, nor should it be used as an example of how a modern military would operate. The corruption and mismanagement of the Russian military is purely Russian. I'm willing to bet tgat the Chinese military would've stormed Kiev within 2 months, even if they were in their 2016 configuration. The Russians haven't actually faced a challenge in 80 years and think they dont need to adapt. They train against silhouettes and nothing else. Their military is made up of poorly trained troops and even worse trained conscripts that dont even want to be there. If NATO simply started to mass troops in Finland close to its border with Russia, then do nothing, I'm willing to bet Russia would start defending that border and reduce what it's dedicated to Ukraine. Hell, if you fly a heavy amount of patrols and EW missions, they might just freak out enough to either cause an Article V response, or pull back so much that Ukraine can secure its territories. Massing in Finland and Poland is what NATO should be doing. It's what they should've done from the start. And the first violation should've resulted in NATO massing at the Russian border with intent to thunder run to Moscow. And Moscow should've been warned that the next would result in a full scale fight that would result in their leadership meeting the same fate as Sadam Husan but in less time.
The KA-52 is sufficiently f!!cked if either rotor is damaged.
You have to assess how a country employs its assets. The Russians will send 5 vehicles out with only one being a 1970s MBT and the rest are at best a single ICV that can't challenge a modern western MBT head on. And they will expect this to work. Never would any modern military send only a platoon sized element to spearhead or try to gain territory/ground in any fight. The Russian military is not an analog for global militaries, whatsoever. Comparing them is absolutely asinine.
Both can be successful at any given mission if supported in the air and on the ground.
Apaches success during the Storm, was because of this support.

You forgot a couple of important facts: 1) pilot training; 2) ground support training.
Another advantage the Apache has over the Alligator is that the IFR signature is much more greatly reduced by both passive and active means. The KA52 frankly lights up like a road flare in a refrigerator. When considering MANPADS , this is something that does and already has been a major issue for the KA52 in Ukraine.
