Despite their failings in the past, I still find it difficult to accept that the secret service would overlook securing that rooftop. I find it more credible that the roof was intentionally left unsecured.

The fact that there's a video of him running on the roof, it's unbelievable
First there was a ladder; then not. Then it was not an [AR-15] bullet, but a shrapnel "or something,' and now it was a bullet [from an AR-15? not stated]. Remember how Lee Harvey Oswald took a slow city bus right after he [allegedly] fatally shot Kennedy; got off and walked home to get his handgun; for some inexplicable reason a bit later, he killed Officer Tippit, and then discovered that a movie that he had not seen yet was playing in a local theater, so he bought a ticket, and went in to see the movie and was arrested.(and no, he did not receive a refund for missing the movie). You get the drift. This case is becoming by the day another LHO mystery, especially with Crooks walking all over the place, being discovered; lost sight of; the dismissive response to calls that someone was on the roof etc. The policeman going up on the roof and jumping down. Wow! Some AR-15 specialists indicated that Trump's "ear" was definitely not "grazed" by an AR-15 bullet, because it would cause his brain to scramble. More questions than answers.
The bigger question is why there is zero accountability and nobody is held responsible for the loss of life and serious injury. Lets star looking at removing the pension for those who are incharge, the a case filed for loss of life/injury

It's false to blame secret service or the media. The real fault lies with Trump, who has screwed over multiple venues and has chosen to use cheap, difficult to secure, outdoor venues. Trump's greed caused that death and injuries and nearly got him killed.
