This notion of tank is a fallacy because fans don't take into consideration that coaches and players aren't going to lose on purpose, it just doesn't work like that. No player is playing for draft position. I would love for everyone whining about the win to go in the locker room, face the players and tell them how stupid they are for winning and that you need them to lose. Let's see how that would go. Not one of you would do that and no GM or owner is going to do that either.
