So, I'm struggling to understand why we place so much importance on the birth of Jesus. I realize his birth was the beginning of things to come, but salvation came AFTER the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ. It feels like we hold Jesus' birth in higher esteem than his death and resurrection. Christmas is a season and Easter is only a day. What am I missing? I don't understand why we focus so much time and energy on Jesus' birth and only graze over the crucifixion and resurrection. There is an important piece of this puzzle that I'm missing. What the heck is it? Can anyone help clarify?

I cried the whole way through it….just to know that God sooo loved us he gave us his only Son,Jesus Our Redemer King,prescious,loving,forgiving,willing to empty himself of his Godness to sacrifice himself so that we would be acceptable to God so that we may have eternal life. Humans are always searching to live longer in this world….if they only knew Jesus they would realize their search is in vain for it is only through Jesus that we may live forever. Mega pastor; mega liar. Spinning lies about Mary and Joseph as if they were ordinary people. This is the problem with so-called pastors of protestant cults – they do not have the true history of the ONE TRUE Church founded by Jesus Christ on Peter the Apostle. Hence, their pastors weave tales to fill in their ignorance. This lends credence to the FACT that protestant sects are man-made heresies. Anathema!

what a time period that would've been like, just think 600 years ago people thought the Earth was flat. that's because most of civilization 2000 years ago was in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. the only part that's a little questionable are the Chinese who portrayed one of the Wise Kings, according to the Bible they came from the East, but no one really knows who they were. anyway very good take on the birth of Jesus, and what it means for all of us.
This one hit me wonderfully. It brought together questions I had. Now, I know. 🙏🏽🙂
