  1. 3 reasons.
    1. the attacking force was too too small
    2. the attacking forces were split into 7 groups
    3. they chose to attack in the very final days of winter, right before rasputitsa, the mud season.
So yes in summary there was just one reason. their leadership made a lot of fatal decisions.

  2. Yeah the Russian Federation was clearly unable to enact a swift ~3 day regime change but does that matter in the slightest? They enjoy massive manpower & materiel advantage and have more or less achieved all of their eastern war goals at this point.

Posting garbage copium videos like this is beyond unhelpful, I guarantee the only consistent result is making Russians laugh.

  3. This is a propaganda video.

Everyone knows that even Russia can not conquer "whole of Ukraine" with just less than 100k troops. That's not even enuf to raid and occupy a city.

Russia wanted to force Kiev to the negotiation table – within a week since the invasion peace talks started and an agreement same month. This is comfirmed by all the participants.

It's due the US that on the end it was Zelensky suddenly refuses to sign thanks to the promise of the west to supply arms unlimited. Till then it was just a civil war between Kiev and Donbas, but the west made it into a war with Russia.

  5. your analysis is wrong

after the invasion of February 26-28, 2022 and the Russian troops were at the gates of Kiev… there was a "ceasefire for negotiations"
the "ceasefire" time of the negotiations was used by the ukrainians to bring their army around kiev and break the encirclement
the negotiations took place in istanbul …. a consensus was reached only for a few days … to be hijacked by Boris Jonshon who convinced them to continue the armed conflict .conflict that got to where it is now
but what if he wasn't the devil of boris johnson?

  6. They had every opportunity to learn from Chechnya. They had over twenty years. They even fought another war in Georgia and one in Syria where they faced the same problems. But they learned nothing.

  7. I thought that was fantastic! The explanation was very clear and has given me a better understanding of what happened on that first day of the invasion! I’m looking forward to watching all the episodes! I will subscribe and hit the notification bell!!!

  8. Not to take anything away from the Ukrainians but this was less about them thwarting the attack and more so about the utter incompetence of the Russian military and it's asinine plan…

Russians: Destroy the Ukrainian defenses, secure the airport, and send reinforcements — all while maintaining the initiative and the element of surprise.

Ukrainians: Destroy the airport, stop the incursion dead in its tracks.

Anyone with a shred of knowledge on modern warfare/communication systems/weaponry/etc. could have told you this plan was doomed to fail. What's that saying about "generals fight the last war?"
