Russia only has 17 operational Tu-160's. The US has more operational B-2 Stealth bombers than that (by two). Also there are only 57 TU-22M Backfire and 45 of the TU-95 Bear bombers in service, which comes out to around 120 bombers total, which is less than the 140 the US has in service (19 B-2, 45 B-1B, and 76 B-52's). Also B-2 only cost $2 billion because so few were built. Additional units were offered to be built by the manufacturer for about $250 million each back in the 90's.
