  1. Very nice video, Guga! I've always wondered how you grill your steaks in detail. If you have details worth showing us about sous vide, I wouldn't mind that either. I'm especially interested in how you perceive the topic of doing an ice bath before searing. Never saw you do it but it's a big topic on SVE's Facebook page.

  2. Guga just by turning that grill rack to the other side on the grill is not gonna do anything cause that grill rack was in the fire and that grill rack is metal and when metal heats up it stays hot so just by turning it dose nothing
    And heat travels through metal so just by turning it is not gonna do anything

    Have you ever considered an Infrared Grill from TEC? I just got one because I've grilled hundreds of steaks on my friends TEC grill. It's all infrared – and can grill a steak to medium rare within 4 minutes. Speak with Emilio – he knows who I am!

  5. Let me tell you the real reason why your steaks are better than most people's. You have a YouTube channel that pays you far more than you should be making. Which in turn allows you to spend more money for better steaks, better grills, better ingredients, and allows you the time to waste "perfecting" cooking more steaks than most people get to eat in a year. Take a trash steak that you had to work a trash job 60 hours a week to afford and make it good then I'll be impressed.

  6. I'd love to see more equivalent videos with the other cooking methods like the pan sear. The burger one would also be nice. I've done plenty of experimenting with cooking steak and burgers since finding the Guga channels and getting inspired to up my cooking game, but never quite feel like I've captured that "Guga Steak ™".

  8. This is a great video, been waiting for so long. After finding this channel and it becoming a staple to watch daily, I have been bbq'ing so much more, I even took it a step further and went to a BBQ course for slow cooking (short ribs, smoking etc). Its such an amazing hobby and still so much to learn! Would love to see more of these videos and even how you cook your burgers.
