  1. Seeing some of the comments seems to be more concern with their own frustration with our reality and then projecting in the game.

Play a game like it stay, hate it, move on. Don’t always need a philosophy lessons to justify why I like or dislike a game.

It is an open world game different from GTA, but not as good. Can be better in the following areas, I heard you.

  2. Saints Row seems like they rich kid on the block who sees you playing guitar at a party surrounded by your friends, next party he brings a brand new 10,000 dollars guitar with an amplifier and a full band his daddy got, to make himself look better than you, but he ain't got, no soul.

  3. Watched 15 minutes of the game. I will never spend money on it. The main characters are the most intensely unlikable characters I've ever seen. And the dialog is complete trash. If your gangster game has the gangsters talking about rent, carbon footprints, and multinational security companies, you need to replace your writers.

  4. I played this game for a few hours and the two things I got from that is that I did not care about the characters or the story at all AND the shooting system just sucks. I don't feel like I even want to play it anymore.

  5. If these people like games like Saints Row 3 and 4 and games like that Yakuza sh*t…. Then them disliking this game really doesn't mean sh*t too me… Maybe I'll check this Saints Row game out… I mean the trailer looked fkn trash but games with good trailers are usually scams as well, so….. God the gaming industry is fkd

  6. My son wants this game so bad but I will wait to buy it for him until it's been out for 6 months. As for Cyberpunk, I purchased that day 1 and I loved it even with the bugs I encountered. Such a great story and fun gameplay.

  7. The reasons list:
The characters look like Fortnite skins
The gameplay is cliche and mid
    The story is non existent
The writing for characters are cringe
The game is worse than the games before it
There is no life to the openworld map
The game has no detail to show life
    The driving is not enjoyable
    The missions aren't unique
The missions feel like gta online sell missions
    The game feels soulless
It feels like another cash grab
And way more that others will tell you…

  8. The problem is the generation playing today are entitled and spoilt with an attention span of a tik tok video. This has bred boring multi player games that are cheap with no imagination. Saints Row is tons of fun and kudos to the game house not pumping out some cheap trash. It's worth every penny. Also I don't give a fuck about previous versions!

  9. Toxic waste missions don't have to be the marked locations. You can grab any waste truck driving nearby, steal it, then drive it into your waste disposal. You will get perfect disposal every time and maximize profits.

  10. Honestly I think either devs have become so wrapped up in the idea of "Scope = Triple A" that they've either forgotten or never knew what Triple A actually is. It's a grading system in meats particularly but can be taken for other items. To gauge quality. Not quantity, of the product involved. Overall. Not just in one aspect. A lot of the "Triple A" titles coming out at equivalent expectant price range, are actually in quality of work shown after purchase, middle of the Double A range. At best. Point being, you wouldn't buy meat that needed a "day one patch," so why should I expect any less quality in an already very expensive hobby product. People will still play games that look like Nintendo Castlevania, owing to the poplarity of certain recent indie games to come out. So it can't be just that prices for image generation are incredible. If they'd hire more than Nolan North, Troy Baker and Laura Bailey, or Jennifer Hale once in a while – though I don't begrudge the actors work, mind – it might also be less expensive. We're not asking for 100% perfect. Just for a decent localization and the lines to match up to the facial animations. On that note the voice actors guild could stand to let more lesser known, or rookie actors have a shot a little more often. They might be surprised with the calibur of work that could be offered. The industry used to be afraid that no one would buy their expensive brightly colored disks if they went too far to peeve off a fanbase. Now, they don't seem to care at all, or have actively trolled us in the games we still do want. While hiking prices, or begging with hands out that we should buy more stuff.

Not saying I won't try this one, but I can see the giant Caveat Emptor. Might wait for the price to drop, and patching to at least start.
