Why India is so Mediocre? | Open Letter

Indians have an attitude problem and we really need to work on it. This problem does not show up in any data but we surely lack a mindset to become a developed nation. We don’t respect time, civic sense is an alien concept to us, following law & order is a big challenge and our β€˜chalta hai’ attitude is keeping most of the things sub-standard. Our focus on show off over actual quality of life is a huge road-block. Unless we work on all these, we can’t be a developed nation.

  1. As a student, studing in less than class 8th wanting to thank you for making this video. Many people often don't see YouTube in India many peoples says in comments unecessary words. But in India we Indians have really a mediocre(nor bad nor good) mindset but as a child I myself thanks you for making this video. I am a child I don't know these information by using Internet I get these knowledge. You have provided a vast knowledge which every person should know but many peoples use their time and spend on shorts you are just an example wants to grow this nation. People should be have mindset we actually don't want to know anything like sometime mothers says we often sady"mom don't disturb me I am watching phone". There are many people who are sitting free and doing time pass by exploiting India"s culture.. i myself dont care about that foreigners that they come and give their opinions. W Indians just want everything made but we should have enough power to make a good video like you.

I am not a topper or fully mature child but as a child I am trying to study and complete my study best for myself. Their will be nobody to influence my education If I want to take knowledge.

I might said unecessary but I will actually do something to provide this nation. You are doing a great job thank you very much brother. Once again you need a big thanks. Sir! πŸ™‚

  2. You forgot to put how much trash we just throw on the ground and don’t pick up after ourselves and how the cows eat that garbage 😒 I am from US and came here to India 4 times in my life but just seeing the corruption and garbage everywhere, I don’t even want to come back to India anymore!

  3. Few of the many things that keep me thinking twice about moving back to India.

Such a beautiful country, the spirit of life exists everywhere, so many amazing places, such great potential!

As always though, it's not the country but the people that make or break it; sadly in our case, the word you have used here is apt! Indians in India are used to Mediocrity unfortunately! Very few people have the spirit to be the change they want to see. It's amazing to see you make a great video like this, where you tell the reality as it is. Hope someone takes this in good spirit and tries to be a better person trying to be the difference!

One thing you did miss in your video, which I think is the most important point, is the "value of life". Indians in India have the least value for another living person or creature. We mistreat animals, mistreat humans, are inconsiderate to people and do not value life as they do in the western countries.

Be it the policies, or new rules, or mandates, or decision, coming from any organization, party, government or entity, they center around personal benefit and not the welfare of the hardworking citizens. We still do not have labor laws, wage requirements, proper law enforcement, and judiciary capabilities that ensure protection of our citizens formost!

In simple words, someone ould end up getting rammed in by a politician in India and get killed; pretty sure it would get covered up, and they would probably get three additional cases smeared against their deceased body, thereby shaming their families further into inexistence!

Shame, sigh! I wish that people and their selfishness could make some room for being better humans and valuing life and law more than personal motives!

  4. People here prefer to throw trash on ground even though there is a dustbin around them. It's like they don't have any ethics, like atleast apply your brain a little in things other than your rat race life.

  6. Bahar aake ek baat toh jaruur mehsoos hua ki hamare mein honesty , discipline aur civics sense in kami hein aur Wahi aapne bhi bolaa in mein koi bhi galti nehi nikal sakta, ek ek point majboot hein 😒. Saare logon ko ek ek baar atleast kisi ek developed country mein atleast mindset ka difference Jaan ne ke liye hi ghumna chahiye . Taaki apne mein hui chook aur galtiya sudhara jaa sakein aur desh ko sachmein mahan banaya jaa sakein. Sirf Military aur Big mouthed leaders se nehi.
