Why I Quit a 1.5 Lakh Per Month Job at 34 for an MBA, Ft. Sridivya, IIM Lucknow

We all make excuses in our lives and use environmental factors as constraints.
Today, we have an inspiring story of a Super-parent, Mrs. Potabattula Sridivya, who pursued her MBA dream after a 10-year educational gap!

She worked in the public sector entity as a branch manager for 7 years but realised it had become too comfortable for her, and she was not growing. As per the norms, she had to wait for 10 years for any further promotion.

She wanted to fast-track her career growth by learning essential skills, so she landed at IIM Lucknow to complete her PGP programme.🎓

Coming to IIM Lucknow was very challenging for her, considering she had family responsibilities and a 2-year-old child at home who needed care.
How did she make this tough decision, and what drives her to continuously push her limits?

Let’s find out in today’s video, in our latest episode of Against All Odds!

I have so many takeaways from this video but the one prominent that i liked the most is education has no age limit and learning should never stops. It can be managed, if its not, go ahead learn management. haha, love this:)
