  1. Better late than never watching your vlog Finn ✌️😁 (crazy lab work lately). I gotta say, you are not only an excellent creator & a programmer, but very intelligent as well. You've worked hard & invested your hard-earned money at such a young age. Not many youngsters do that nowadays & I salute you for that 👏👏. I did the same thing in my 20s, invested my money in real estate & among other stocks up to now. I'm happy to see you & Sherlyn very relaxed & enjoying Iceland with your family privately as well (not everything has to be on YouTube). I'm also glad that my friend's colleagues (relative of "Marcos") have signed up for M/Y Gypsy next year. Hopefully, I can book soon for next year after I'm done with my hectic schedule 🙏. Enjoy your time with your family & of course your lablab Sherlyn & stay safe ❤️ 🇺🇲🇵🇭

  2. Fin I salute you you're such a gentleman and generous person not just helping the less fortunate children in my country but your contributing our Tourism and the Philippine economy. For me you're such a hero and very much deserve for an award. I've been watching your channel for a long time and I'm aware about the school you built with some of your colleagues and FIGHTER BOYS. Sherilyn is so lucky for having you. Good luck on your new projects and looking forward for your every success in life whether it's public and private. Stay safe always 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏

  3. Romans 10:9 ~ That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 🤩Repent & accept Jesus as your Lord & Savior!

  4. Finn, love your channel and your passion for travels and the Philippines. However, one piece of advice, I’d be very careful if I were you about disclosing that you just sold your flat back home for a nice profit as the vultures are everywhere and might be licking their lips now. Especially nowadays with the current unstable financial situation around the world.

And when you do start a business in the Philippines, please make sure that the biz is 100% in YOUR name, not anyone else’s name. Absolutely NO exception!

Get a good lawyer and set your business in your name in the Philippines. Again, this is key!

I know you’ve been in the Philippines for a long time and you’re smart and savvy but I’ve heard of many guys getting fleeced by so called business partners or wives or the wife’s family.

Be very very careful and proceed with caution brother!

I love the Philippines and I’ve been there a few times and I’m long due for a return soon.

Stay safe and keep doing what you’re doing, you’re an inspiration brother!

  9. Hi, Finn, I enjoyed your video update. Congratulations on your investment, 5x your money in just over ten years is an amazing return on property investment. When I was young I got involved in property rentals and I did very well. I went on to have four properties which I sold in the end when the prices peaked before the 2008 crash. I went on to buy a bar/restaurant which failed because the government brought in a smoking ban in public places. It killed my business overnight and I lost my life savings. I ended up completely broke. I have managed to recover but I lost a fortune.
My one piece of advice in business is don't put all your eggs in one basket, spread it about so if a part fails you have something to fall back on. This was my biggest mistake. Look forward to following your adventure.
Take care GOD Bless you and yours. M

  10. You get allergy in a very clean country?
I just arrived Philippines, never been here since early 2019, and I was welcomed with laryngitis and of course being asthmatic adds up to my health issues.
