Why I am Playing More New World than BDO

I get asked like every day, did you quit BDO? The answer is no, but find out why I’ve been slacking on videos and playing less BDO.

  1. Same boat here. Playing WAY more New World than BDO. When I log into BDO I start to wish I could chop down trees and gather like I can in New World (which I find very addictive, chill and rewarding).

  2. The guaranteed pen boss gear requirements are just ridiculous. Why they chose magical shards is beyond me. As a non grinder I have a total of around sixty from all the time they have been in the game. I doubt that I will even bother.

  3. I must say, I started watching your videos for BDO content, but then I moved on, I don't have time to grind nor I find it fun anymore, so I was unsure if unsubscribing or not. Mmos require too much time and I find myself so exhausted at the end of the day that the only thing I want is a good playthrough or a video essay on a game. I hope you'll consider moving on from MMOs or switching from time to time to something else. I love your chill attitude, don't overwork yourself!

  4. If you think you have a full picture of a game at lvl 40 then i have a bad news for you sir, you barely just scratched the surface of this game economy and the major struggle making money is ahead of you.
In New World grinding is not even worth the time to do, due to the repair fixed pricing and money shortage. You are not able to make enough money out of gridning to repair your gear at max lvl and i am not even joking here. On top of grinding not worth doing, crafting is extreme pain in the bottom as well. First of all you need to travel on your foot for many hours across the map to gather things for crafting, then you have to actually craft the items and then you are running back and forth the cities to sell them. You also run around cities for crafting because your storage is not big enough in them and you have to divide cities into different crafting types. The problem begins when other people straight out undercuts your offers and you end up grinding hours and hours and hours FOR NOTHING, because prices are dropping or someone undercuts you each time you put an offer on the market.
Making money in NW is way way worse and tedious than in BDO, you wont even be able to progress, you will use same expendable stuff all the time.

  5. Man, you've always been the most educational and entertaining Black Desert guide on YouTube. If I had a question about something, you had a video for it.
I am stoked to see you are going to be making some New World content, I've been playing this for the last few weeks and I know the New World section of YouTube will be significantly better with your content in the mix.
    Cheers! πŸ‘

  6. Hi mr Evil, hope this game coming to console. I have a pc but not really like playing games with mouse and keyboard. The graphics not really looks demanding, the new consoles easily can ru this, with no sweat. Can’t wait to give a try if amazon decide to bring to consoles.

  7. I personally have zero interest in New World but thought I'd give you my opinion from someone who has no interest in NW and that is bro, play whatever you like. I genuinely hope you don't feel pressured to play BDO and make BDO content. Its your Youtube channel my guy and you can put out whatever you like on it. I won't watch the NW stuff but I won't be mad or hating on you for doing it. Please play the games you want to play my dude and make content for the games you enjoy, whatever game that may be.
