  3. The Vic never received a 5.4. It always had the 4.6 2 valve, which is why its power output was lacking in later models . That lack of power and an outdated platform was ultimately the reason for the Vic’s retirement despite its reliability and simplicity. As far as its top speed goes, I’ve never gotten one to go above 127. I’ve owned about 8 of them.
