Mark Sanchez seems like a nice guy, but I don't find anything he says insightful. In fact, I skip this and other Herd segments because the analysts are insipid. Fox Sports needs to up its game with respect to the analysts it employs. The Herd works because Colin is SMART! Hire smart people and get rid of the middling minds. Among other things, smart people say smart things. You know . . . .

Colin said Kirk's stats are the same as Dak's. Kirk stats in regular season and playoffs are the same as JOE BURROW in regular season and in the playoffs. Burrow's defense in playoffs gives up 18 ppg and gets 13 turnovers – Kirk's defense gives up 28 ppg and gets 0 turnovers.

It’s a new day in Chicago with Ryan Poles and CO. If you’ve been a Bears fan and follow the ins and outs of the dysfunction…it has changed without question. Ted Philips is gone! Kevin Warren and Ryan Poles are running the show. Now, this doesn’t mean the Bears are headed to the SB. It just means the dysfunction that has been going on for quite a while is not there anymore which is a positive. We’ll see.
