  1. If you’re new to this channel, welcome! I post two types of videos. Every Monday a full lecture series, which goes for three months at a time. We’re currently halfway through a series on Hegel and Žižek titled ‘spurious infinities’. Each lecture series is released as an ebook at the end of the series on patreon.

I also post daily short videos explaining and discussing key ideas within Žižek’s thought, hoping to provide context and make new connections.

You can download everything as audio files, and access a members only seminar I host every Monday after the lecture by becoming a patron:

Thank you everyone for being a part of this learning community. It’s such a pleasure, and yes, it brings me joy.

  2. Let's say.. to be truly philosophical one would be philosophical even on the torture rack? Frankly speaking all that stuff about happiness sounds like some cheap preaching. The central point of Gospel is the moment when Jesus asks God to forgive people while hanging on the cross. Are you able to explain us the nature of happiness from similar position? I think it's too early for you to discuss that topic seriously. You better just to enjoy life instead of reading fultile thoughts of all these dead guys.
