One of the most important things that you need to know about Ainz is that everything he does is all for the direct benefit of Nazarick. Including this seemingly questionable destruction of the Kingdom. So, as we go through the cut content for this episode, hopefully you’ll come to realize why Ainz is doing what he’s doing here.

Unfortunately I will be going to Greece for the next week and won't be able to upload any new videos till after.
I have scheduled the last 2 remaining super cuts, but the continuation of cut content will unfortunately be on hold until I get back.
Sorry I couldn't fully catch up 🙁 I'll make it up when I'm back!
Eps 11 was quite a surprise for sure. Can't believe pandoras actor was disguising as ainz. No wonder "ainz" bow down to riku lmao
I’m all for a theory that just like Ainz’s emotions are kept in in check by his players’ build, I think that his decision making, while flawed because of his natural lack of capability, is also influenced by his stats, leading him a “right” decision regardless. Like if his high level intelligence from being a stupidly strong magic caster always mitigates his lack of actual knowledge guiding him towards actions that progress his situation. This effect is eventually perceived by the reader as luck. Having said that, I have very little knowledge of player builds and RPGs in general, so it’s hard for me to say if it makes sense. What do you think?
Explain evileye more and her side story
Haven't watch the latest season yet, this pretty align much with what I read in Novel with some interesting thing I didn't catch when I read it. I think I'm going to read the novels again.
Hey where is holy kingdom arc ?
Who is this "stongest dragon lord"
I would like to ask for help to understand something about overlord.
Years ago, when Ainz fought Shaltear, in the final moments, Ainz was going to use a powerful spell that takes time to cast.
To reduce the time, he was using a cash item, so…here are my questions:
When Ainz was going to break/use the item…what happened?
He could not break the glass to activate it? Or something else happened?
I ask because he made an effort with his hands, but looked as he could not break it, he even looked at the item.
When Shaltear attacked him to prevent him from using that item…something distracted her or scared her…she even looked back.
In the anime, it seemed like an eye.
What was that eye/presence?
Because in theory, that distraction allowed Ainz to finally win.
Hey! LOVE your videos! But can you do a separate video on the Platinum dragon lord? Like how he was explained in light novels and such? What his power levels are compared to those of Nazarick?
Man, you said you would be releasing cut content every few days till you caught up and here you are running to Greece ( lucky) and you are still behind by several eps
In short, the main reasons he is destroying the kingdom is because he has a degenaerated moral compass, his minions want it and most importantly, he is a giant pussy to afraid to confront his minions and risk looking like a fool.
…Gotta love overlord.
First 👁👄👁
I love the fact that Ainz thinks of himself as average in terms of intelligence and because of that he has to be very careful when making decisions which actually makes him much more intelligent than he actually thinks he is.
Loved the genshin ost you put there
I lost most of my interest in the series through this honestly. It's been pretty clear that Ainz is the villain of the story, but the genocide doesn't make any sense and isn't very interesting to watch. Even stuff like the demiurge attack on the city was interesting because it had some intrigue to it. But we have seen Nazarick just murder their way to victory so many times now, it's really not interesting anymore. Political intrigue is interesting, manipulation is interesting. Murder is a lot less interesting.
You say that it's 'giving the guardians experience', but that could have just as easily been done in a classic conquest. And it would have been more challenging that way, since conquering a place while letting no information out is harder than just murdering everyone. It would also give the guardians experience that they need much more. Population control and control of Information flow are important skills that could have been improved here. The guardians already know how to murder people. That's what they have been build for.
After Ainz gained his kingdom I had hoped there would be more kingdom building stuff. How does he plan to create an actual utopia. But no, it's just murder. Murder some dragon, murder some animal people, talk with the dwarves, genocide.
It was way more interesting when they were still smaller time doing recon missions as the adventurers and stuff like that. Politics could be interesting in a kingdom setting if they aren't going to do actual kingdom building, but this just isn't.
The genocide doesn't even work as a 'Don't fuck with us or else' example because the Kingdom as an entity didn't really fuck with them. A minor noble attacked some caravans for which the king himself offered up his own head. The kingdom was more than accommodating and Nazarick didn't care. The message that this sends is 'We can't be reasoned with. We will murder everyone at a whim. Trying to accommodate us will fail. If you want to survive, we need to be wiped out because we could wipe you out at any time without any reason. We are the bad guys, stop us or everything is doomed.'
Bro.. You always….
Thankyou for covering these important infos for none novel readers like myself.
What did Pestorya and Nigredo do before to fail? I don't remember…
So honestly, this seems like a video made for people who aren't watching the anime currently and extra fun tid bits for those who are, feels very sudo smart so far at 30 seconds.
Edit Post watch: I learned a few neat things and in hindsight it kinda matches your how strong series , thanks for making the effort and the content,
Is that Genshin Enkanomya OST at the end?
If Ainz was so good at war, he'd have realized no monarch in history was loved by the people of their and other countries, as we can see when he gets the city of E-rantel, he will be hated by the citizens and other races cause he doesn't care. Instead if he chose to raze the capital only directly or change the system of the kingdom making renner and marquis prime ministers and Annexing the kingdom into magic kingdom, it would have been a lot better.
Something that I thinks fails to get across in the anime is that Ainz isn’t dumb, he’s actually quite smart for your average person, it’s just that he’s not as intelligent as Demiurge or Albedo and doesn’t know if their loyalty can waver so he has to bluff being the most intelligent creature ever while doing his best to navigate the wake of the schemes of those two
This explanation makes you sound like just like Demiurge😂😂
DUDE I CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT THAT, when you talk on the video the characters is talking to so it looks like they're saying what you saying yk? This is so nice to see hahahha
I still didn't get how and why the heck they suddenly skipped two whole volumes, like, what the hell, who does that?
This provides much appreciated context to the story, for the anime glosses over that stuff quite a bit. It still doesn't change my perception that for all his talk of doing this for the benefit of Nazarick, he went about it in all the wrong ways, killing an entire kingdom, snuffing out all that life to prepare for the mere chance of potentially encountering another "guild" that could give them a run for their money is utter lunacy and just plain cowardice. The way it was framed in the anime felt even worse, with Ainz saying it was for the happiness of his people…like… bitch if your people require an entire kingdom to die over some minor incident, then they don't deserve happiness That's just some bullshit surface reason for conquest, plain and simple.
I have not read the novels so I often wonder if his state as a lich affects his decision making, pushing him to be more uncaring as time goes on. There's also the fact that he's just some guy that has been given an insane amount of responsibilty and power in tow, always a terrible combo, so there's also that. Just sharing my thoughts, thanks for the good content as always mate 🙂
Ramposa is peace loveing hypocrite, where was he when Tuare getting r****? But Philiph is innocent? HOW!? Now imagine what will Ainz do if someone touches one of NPC's in nazarick.. Now wonder Renner became a nut-job whit a father like this.
Ramposa wanted to leave his entire kingdoms future in the hands of his first son, who try to burn his own villiage and planing to r*** Nabe.
Letting Gazef go to his own death whitout kingdoms weapons because some nobles assanine plot, knowing the outcome and still allowing it and cry like a baby after Gazef dies in hands of Ainz..
Perhaps he planed using Lakyus to resurrect Gazef (nobles trap), makeing him even more loyal BUT shocked when Ainzs spell too high lvl to revive Gazef, old f*** even slaps Godess like Lakyus!
Well whatever, just know this, every misery happened in kingdom, the sad fate of Zanac, mental disase of Renner, waste of amazing warrior and good person like Gazefs life, nobles corruption, 8 fingers bull****, lost support and respect from other countrys, ALL of it happened because of Ramposa, He lived long, ruled bad and thinking giveing his empty head will fix a WAR problem, which is shows his massive ego and failed martyr attempt plan he thinks in that dark room all day long, no plan B or R (renner) or whatever, just bet everything on it !!
I will not even be suprised if he want Renner to marry Philip if this lunatic continue to live 1 more year, for some patriotic bull** plan or someting, after all who is Zanac right? He is too fat and not a warrior even if he is his son, gotta protect innocent noble poor philip 🤣
Oh and he will try to kill Albedo or allow nobles do something even worse to her if she was a human and Ainz is a normal enemy King form some newly formed country, I am sure of it, Just gotta say it.
Man I love Overlord, this dude maybe some generic good king in any isekai anime or video-game RPG hero protects and marry his daughter/be harem member or something but in this anime you see things completely different perspective 😃 Sorry for the rant, in the end Re-Estize Kingdom gonna be remembered and became immortal in a sense, so old king was done one thing right every ruler ever dreamed of doing I guess😅
The most important thing you must know is zanac is more useful than brain
there is clearly a lack of new quality animes if overlord has become this popular
WTF that's what we are doing a countdown to extinction. Abrupt Climate Change 2026.
i though he was looking for other players by making big movements to spread his name though out the world for players who will recognise his name??
Simple, because why not? When your that powerful you may aswell
