  1. Loved this and every one of your videos! Unfortunately I found the voice and music tracks competing for my ears (l am an older fart 🙂 If you ever remaster this, I think that boosting your voice or diminishing the tunes by one notch would help a lot. Thanks anyway!

  2. Well done. I really enjoyed how you stitched it all together. After watching, I do believe Gore was the first resident of the Haunted Mansion.

  3. I accidentally just removed a message calling me out for getting this wrong. I apologize, I hit the wrong button on my phone. But to the commenter Captain Blood is from alternative storyline and is something we will explore at a later time. There are so many stories about the Haunted Mansion and I am on purpose telling only one story at a time. This video has been created with the research of several published books and verified websites.

  5. Hey there Brickey! Love your videos my man, awesome stuff. Quick question, what time was this video taken because there's hardly anyone walking behind you and I wanted to know that magic hour to get on all these rides haha. Thanks again for the videos.

  7. A small detail but I love the quick glimpse of the two people standing behind you, looking up at Walt’s lamp in the firehouse window. That’s why the details, the legends, and the lore of Disneyland matter.

  8. Never knew the story of Capt. Gore! I knew about Capt. Blood and always thought he was the ghost host but maybe…😮 Anyway great job as usual Brickey!

  9. I’m going to say it’s a blend between a nod to captain gore inside Pirates of The Caribbean and a crossover that connects the two attractions to this iconic character. I remember watching Offhand Disney’s Mansion/Pirates video that connects the two and I believe you have come with the same conclusion (I assume). There’s a reason why both Mansion and Pirates are my two favorite attractions at Disneyland (and at the magic kingdom).

But man, I was blown away by the way you connected the dots with the stretching room and the attic! It’s getting me more excited to see the film!

Thank you so much, Brickey! You are truly a treasure in the Disney vlogging community! 👍🏻😊👻👻👻👻

  10. Very cool story! At one point, it sounded like you said “Nawlins” and now I’m wondering if you’re from Louisiana, because nobody from CA pronounces New Orleans “Nawlins” by accident! 😂

  11. I had to watch this episode again because it was too darn good and I love the backstory with Captain Gore. The beauty of the haunted mansion is there are so many stories intertwined within the attraction itself that you could choose your own adventure on the ride.
    Love it!

    Thank you, Brickey!😊🎃🎃
