I am under the opinion that the NHL should adopt the IIHF rule that hits to the head are always penalized, regardless of if it was "unavoidable" or not. It takes the grey area out of the rule which i like.
With all due respect to AJ, if Winnipeg has a team Quebec City with the cap in place will flourish , there a lot more players that would play in Quebec then Winnipeg,,, there so much in that city then there use to be in the 90s when they left
